Sea kayaking around  Algarrobo

WE leave santiago at 9AM to the central coast, once in Algarrobo town we will receive a safety talk about strokes and safety and   start our navigation at Algarrobo bay, to go around the Isla de los Pájaros Niños (Baby Bird Island) a nature sanctuary and habitat for the  Humboldt penguins and seagull communities. The climate will obviously determine our final route. return to Santiago aprox 8PM.

Includes

• Transportation in our van from Santiago.
• English speaking seakayak guide with marine radio.
• Complete paddling equipment  (expedition seakayaks with original rudder, lifejackets, paddles, spray skirt, paddling jackets, wetsuit, safety equipment).
• Picnic during the paddle (cookies, sandwich, juice).
  
  
• Please ask for the list of recommended clothing.

Requirements

• Swimming expertise .
• Contemplative attitude and respect for the existing ecosystem. 
• Physical state and health compatible with the activity to be performed. 
• Previous indication of any illness or health problem 
• Strictly abide by the indications of the guides during the trips
• Positive mental attitude in front of unexpected situations
• Understand that this is team activity in the outdoors and the participation of each person at each stage is fundamental.  
• Understand that all activities performed in nature can indicate some risk. 
• Before trip you must turn in a signed form of  Release of Liability. 
• To have read and clearly understand the General Conditions section.  

Observations

• The trip has been planned with the consideration of those without previous experience and for those of all ages. 
• Before we begin our great trip, we will have a complete discussion and practice session covering rescue techniques and paddling maneuvers so that our participants feel more comfortable during the trip and can really enjoy the beautiful views that they encounter.
• Our kayaks are expedition models from North America and Germany, very comfortable and stable. 
• The trip will take place even if it rains. 

Note: We must mention that the success of this type of trip is subject to the weather as well the personality of the person, therefore an adventure spirit and good disposition will be fundamental.If the weather is not advisable for paddling in this area we will go to another destination ..more protected.
